Zack Thomas did an excellent job. He performed a much-needed cleaning of our outside A/C unit. This will enable it to last longer and work less hard. Service: A/C preventive maintenance
Great customer service. The tech that came out to my residence was very professional and kept me informed on what he was seeing and the problems with my A/C.
My less than 2 year old new AC unit had build up in the drain line and was low on refrigerant that caused a considerable difference in the temp in my home. I paid the service fee plus the cost to drain the line which was $270 and it made NO difference in cooling my house. I am not satisfied because I shouldn't be paying out of pocket to make repairs or add refrigerant to a brand new unit. When talking to the repairman and the representative on the phone about my concerns, both of their responses felt dismissive. There was no real explanation on why these repairs are already necessary just more talk about costs that I would be responsible for to find out if a warranty claim was required. Service: Repair HVAC
