Emma Towe with S.H. Vaughn did an excellent job restoring my home after the April 28 2021 hail storm in NW Norman. I had several well known contractors from the community review the job and Emma was by far the most thorough in reviewing the damage and providing an itemized quote. She was very knowledgeable on all repairs needed to the home and was able to answer all of my questions. She coordinated with all of the contractors and made sure every job was completed on time and correctly. A couple of points worth mentioning, all of the contractors were on time, every time, communication on all jobs, and everyone was professional. Emma notified me the day before the jobs started and the contractor also called me when they were on their way to my house, each day. Most of the contractors walked me through the job everyday before they left, too. Every contractor replied with yes sir/ no sir, mannerly and dressed appropriately for the job. I would definitely recommend Mr Vaughn Company. Mr. Vaugh came to do an estimate for my house remodel due to a car who run into our house garage. He was very professional and took all info and measurements for every detail. Everyone who came to do remodeling did an awesome job and were very respectful.

Shane and his team installed a new roof on my house a few years ago so I was familiar with the level of professionalism and quality of their work. When my aging parents needed a shower conversion at the recommendation of the VA Rehab therapist, I called S.H. Vaughn Construction. Unlike home improvement stores, they were knowledgeable about the ADA guidelines and helped me with the entire process from tile selection to the height of the shower curb in order to be in compliance. I recently called them again and spoke with Emma about water remediation. The team came and the finished look gives my parent's bathroom a more updated look. When I called with a concern, Emma was on it the same day. They did such a great job I want to use them for my home remodel and 2nd home renovation.
