Never had a plumber take 2.45 hours to install a new dishwasher. The new house we are building they were consistently making mistakes on the rough in and then the final install didn't pass plumbing inspection. We had supplied the builder with a whole house water filtration softener system by NUVO they said they didn't install water softners. We also had an outside gas line installed on the patio, the plans called for a wooden the post, the line was installed as if the post was going to be brick. Then when they finally attached the line to the post they didn't follow directions of placement and put it on the wrong side. The plans also called for,a,hot tub pad next to the patio they place sewer clean-out 2' into the hot tub pad. We had to move the pad over. I wouldn't ever use them again for anything including warranty work.
Mike came by and swapped out a busted (frozen) spigot. Took about a half hour and he was both thorough and professional. Very pleased.
