Chad spent a long time with me, explaining how the compressor in my old heat pump had died, and to introduce me to the different options available for replacing my old heat pump. I felt really heard, about my abilities to pay for a new system, and what would suit me best. Thank you!

I would have given them five stars, because they did a great job in most respects – good & thorough installation, good quality product, competitive price, and everything works as expected for the most part. I think my only complaint is that I was very specific with the sales person and then with the installation lead. That I wanted there lines in the attic to be run along the ridge line, then straight down to the connection at the unit, or as close as possible. I explained this twice during installation. The crew lead asked some clarifying questions, and I was confident. He understood what I wanted; However, they ended up installing the line across the pathway at one point and across a storage area, eliminating access to a portion of primary storage space in the process. Both frustrate me to this day, because I access the space regularly. I would say that it’s troublesome to the point I would not only not choose them again, but would either cautiously recommend them or not recommend at

Darius was efficient in diagnosing and fixing the problem with my AC and furnace not responding to the thermostat. After everything was completed he explained what he did and noted everything in a service log. It was awesome to find out that the repair was under warranty. He was also able to look up my last maintenance date for my reference. He was personable and took a moment to interact with my puppy who is learning how to greet new people.
