I've been using Environmental Works for years because they're great, and I just discovered something else they do very well--classes to educate homeowners and real estate professionals about the risks and various factors affecting homes when it comes sewer connections, radon gas, and underground oil tanks. Joel, one of the owners, did a very thorough and fascinating presentation to a group of seasoned Realtors in our office--and all were blown away by his great communication and advocacy. I highly recommend Environmental Works as an educational research for anyone involved in home ownership.
