Perfect Flush

I can't give enough praise to Perfect Flush, if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. We've now needed their assistance twice with some plumbing issues in our home and the customer service we received has been phenomenal. Not only are all of their staff professional, but they are ontime (even a little early!), talk you through the issues you may be experiencing (if it's not obvious) and then troubleshoot the problem in a timely manner. It's truly refreshing in this day and age characterized by poor service and shady business practices to work with a company like Perfect Flush. They truly excel when it comes to customer service and make you feel valued and appreciated at every point of contact. I have had these guys out to my home about six times for various repairs and have been thoroughly satisfied every time. They always get me on the schedule right away. They are always on time, friendly, professional, and fair in their pricing. They have always fixed the issue no matter how small. They always explain everything in detail and take the time to answer all my questions. They have also gone above and beyond the call of duty by doing more than expected and even doing some things at no charge! They have my business for life!
