We had an easy fix, so our experience was short. I got a text about 40 minutes before arrival. The technician was good guy. Knew exactly what the problem was, had the part in his van. It was just an igniter. He also changed out our filters. They were dirty. He recommended we change them sooner because of our pets. Waited until our system was running properly and packed up and left. Easy. Technician was professional. Communication with home base before service was prompt and professional. We had the pleasure of using Multnomah because of our home service warranty. So hopefully we can have them provide service again, but would recommend if you can make the choice. Multnomah Heating was able to get me on the books to fix a furnace issue in a timely manner. The technician was punctual, efficient and quick. I had a follow up issue the next day and they were able to get the technician over same-day to fix. All systems are working now! I will definitely leverage this company again for my HVAC needs.
