Woke up this morning to our 12 year old water heater severely leaking. The original installer who wouldn't be able to respond until next week recommended Sam The Water Man. Jake from Sam The Water Man who works the areas west of Portland arrived with a new water heater at noon, had it installed by 1 pm, and we had hot water by 2:30 pm. Very professional and methodical; took away the old unit; great job; reasonably priced. Service: Water heater installation
I talked to five plumbers and had three of them come to the house to inspect our water heater, and Jesse was the only one to really take a look and figure out the problem. I'm so glad I connected with them because they saved me from buying a new water heater!
They fixed our hot water heater for $170 when we had been told we needed a brand new hot water heater for $4k by Henco plumbing (predatory scoundrels). Stan the Hot Water Man is trustworthy. Honest in diagnosis and price. Apparently pretty difficult to find that these days!
