Stephanie and Sean did an awesome job cleaning our ducts. When they arrived they took the time to introduce themselves and to pet our little dog. They were careful to keep our house clean while they worked and cleaned up after the job was done. They explained the process thoroughly. Stephanie gave recommendations as to which times during the year a person might want to have their vents cleaned like after smoke season, after allergy season, etc. Sean saw that I had a new little bonsai tree and gave me some great tips about growing these lovely little gems. Scheduled a maintenance with Cristen, who was pleasant and easy to work with on the phone. Adam and Jorge came to service my AC and furnace. After a thorough service, they informed me that my furnace was no longer safe to run. Fortunately AAA was right there, Kayla called me later that day, scheduling me for a quote at a time that worked with my schedule. Garrett came out and had already reviewed the records and documentation that everyone else at AAA had generated to that date, reviewed the equipment again and then was able to provide me several detailed quotes, explaining all the differences between the two, as well as answering questions about pricing and updates in furnace technology. Stephanie and Sean did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts. It had been quite a few years, and they found some interesting junk!
