I've been a satisfied customer of AAA Heating & Cooling for several years. Today Stephanie and Sean performed the duct cleaning service that I had been putting off for too long. Andrew came before noon and quickly found the problem. We needed a new condenser and and he cleaned the coils. Andrew was very nice and did the work quickly. He asked about our duct work and dryer vent. They are dirty and we worked with him to book time to clean them in early November. Cleaning them is long over do. Great work Andrew.

Our AC condenser unit went out right as the 110 degree heat wave started. I called around to 10 different heating and cooling specialists and no one could get me in within the next week, except AAA. Our AC went out Monday afternoon and it’s now Wednesday morning and it’s already fixed! Alex was professional, knowledgeable, and, most importantly during this heat wave, fast! It’s a bummer I paid another company to maintenance it two months back, wish AAA and Alex would’ve done my maintenance and I wouldn’t have had to deal with this mess.
