I have used Neil Kelly Company for years from small projects, remodeling powder room, replacing backsplash in kitchen, rebuilding fireplace and tearing down a sunroom and replace it with a gorgeous covered patio. I have learned you get what you pay for. They are not the cheapest but they are dependable, quality and provide the service I expect for spending money on my house. Our relationship with Neil Kelly started in a big way (after a few small projects over the years) when we engaged them for a major remodel of a rental house back in 2013. The work included a total redo of the kitchen, two baths, all hardwood floors refinished, new roof, all new windows, and every wall repainted ... no room was left untouched. In the following years, NK has rebuilt the large deck that surrounds our home, remodeled a bath, refinished a large family room, installed a new roof with five new skylights, and many other smaller projects.
