I have used Neil Kelly Company for years from small projects, remodeling powder room, replacing backsplash in kitchen, rebuilding fireplace and tearing down a sunroom and replace it with a gorgeous covered patio. I have learned you get what you pay for. They are not the cheapest but they are dependable, quality and provide the service I expect for spending money on my house. Kudos to Janel Campbell, Dan Moore and team.

I needed help wrapping up the framing of my downstairs renovation--specifically installing 1x3 strapping over ~1,000 sqft of extremely uneven ceiling joists so that drywall could be hung. I showed this job to a few other GCs, who declined it due to all the complexity involved. However, Paul from Neil Kelly was committed to helping me solve my problem, and invested a ton of talent and thoughtfulness into devising a scalable way to get the ceiling within an 1/8 of an inch. I am very grateful to both Paul and Josh for all their work, and enjoyed having them in our home.

Neil Kelly did a fantastic job. We needed a bathroom remodeled, and chose them based on their excellent reputation. I will say, it cost way more than I was expecting. Once we had started the design phase, I talked to a number of people who said they are expensive, but do fantastic work. We decided to bite the bullet and go with t them. Once into the construction phase, everything was excellent. Haven and Erika were a pleasure to work with. All the subcontractors were skilled and respectful. Everyone did a fantastic job. The project was done ahead of time. We love our new bathroom!
