I've used Sarkinen several times. I had my hot water heater go out a few days before Thanksgiving, and I got great, super fast service. Also, I had some more complex plumbing repairs, and again they did a great job. You might find a cheaper company to work with, but you'll get what you pay for! These guys are worth it.
We had a water hammer issue and also had a water heater issue at a different time. A call to Sarkinen resolved both issues in short order. Speedy service is always at the top of the list. With very knowligable Service people ,who had the parts in hand, the repairs were done with a single service call on both repairs.
My 27-year-old water heater was acting up. The repairmen said they could fix it, but it my concern was that since it was so old, I may just be temporarily avoiding the inevitable so asked if they could just replace it. The work was done very efficiently and they were very careful not to leave any mess behind. I would recommend them to anyone.
