I hired Christian to perform a few different repairs at my rental property. It was a very frustrating experience. Over 5 months time, there was a family emergency, a few incidences of rain/cold weather & also a reference to how the pandemic was to blame (supplies were allegedly received early on). He did make it out a few times, and though my tenants said they were there to assist; Christian states they were not. The day following the final date we had scheduled, I reached out because I had not heard anything. At that point I felt nothing was going to get done, so I saw no other recourse than to ask for a refund for the supplies I had already paid for, so that I could get someone else to do the work. He told me we had no firm plans, but sent me a raging email. Apparently he had earned my $550 from the few trips he made out to the house when nothing was accomplished. I had my dishwasher clog and Christian walked through how to fix it myself on the phone. He was very friendly and I had a functional dishwasher again within minutes! Thank you so much for your help! Service: General repairs
