Sunset, I appreciate your great service. You were able to fit me the next day after I called with a cold house! Because my repair wasn't too expensive and my technician was so fantastic, I chose to purchase a quality air cleaning product, which he installed the same day! What a fantastic service, no wonder Sunset has been around for so long.

I thought Justin was very professional, listen to understood exactly what we were wanting done. Had very good customer presentation skills. I think he is a great asset for Sunset Heating And Cooling. Unfortunately, I tried calling Justin‘s boss several times hoping for a return call so I could tell him in person about his employees and two months later I still haven’t received a call back. For this and other reasons, I don’t intend to continue to do business with Sunset Heating And Cooling.

Matt from Sunset Plumbing came out to do some maintenance on our heater and a/c and he did a fantastic job. Very courteous and professional and was able to diagnose a few issues and provide an action plan without being high pressure or sales-y. Definitely recommend! Service: HVAC system maintenance
