Matt was terrific. Very personable and Sunset is fortunate to have him. Even though it was a repair call, this 70+ year old furnace didn't really end up warranting the potential cost that may or may not have yielded results. Matt went over the options of a new furnace very thoroughly and got the installation crew out the same day. So refreshing to know people like him are around and he seems to really enjoy what he does. I want to share my experience with sunset heating and cooling. I've used them for servicing my furnace for years always pleased with their honest evaluation and work ethics. My furnace reaching the age of 20 years was wore out!! Getting to the point I needed to replace it. The experience was rewarding. I was scheduled quite quickly,they sent me a technician John Curran. He was amazing very professional . The furnace is located in crawl space down a ladder in a very tight area,the opening 3'by3'. John went to work getting the old furnace out in pieces and cleaned as he went.I was very impressed. Then got new furnace ready for installation and began installing my new furnace!! He worked very hard all day and into early evening. I was pleased with his job performance. I would recommend John Curran to anyone who needed their furnace replaced. I love my new furnace.
