Sunset Heating & Cooling

I needed to upgrade an outlet from a 15 amp to a 20 amp to be able to plug in my new spa. Aaron arrived promptly assessed the situation and gave me two choices as to how to proceed with the job. He was wonderful at educating me as to what the choices were, I had another company also giving me a bid for the same job and they came up twice as expensive as Sunset so I highly recommend Sunset heating and cooling. as well as Aaron Bishop he is top notch. Thank you Aaron!!

Sam was extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaining how it all worked to me and my kid. :) He made us feel welcomed and, instead of rolling his eyes at how little I knew, he made it a positive and told me it was good to learn about your house. :) Totally great service. Would absolutely recommend.

I can not recommend Sunset. It is my fault for not doing my homework ahead of time. They changed a $20 capacitor on my AC compressor and charged me $429!!! The industry standard is between $140-$200 for the same job. If you need a capacitor replaced, I recommend going somewhere else. Just an update. The owner replied and said to call customer service to see if they could help rectify the situation. So I called customer service, spoke with a service manager and he said, "Sorry, I can not help you with this situation." What a waste of time that was.
