We had another electrician not show up, and when phoning around, we found Frahler, who answered promptly, was empathic, and offered to take our information in case of a cancellation, as everyone I've contacted is three weeks out. Empathy and service goes far!
The electrician was extremely rude, belittling, and demeaning. He kept insisting that I must be remembering how my light switches worked incorrectly, which is ludicrous. I would highly recommend using a different business that listens to their clients and treats them with respect. Service: General repairs
They were hired by an outside company to do work here. Dave was my electrician. VERY rude and VERY offensive. Contractor made several negative comments about my home, the condition, how things could be better. It is clear he was from a construction site where they swear constantly. Owner basically defended him and said yes sorry, they can be rude, that's just how they are. I will never hire this company again. Service: Installation
