Our AC was not blowing air. Filter was new and the condenser was running fine. I noticed the pipe in the basement running into the unit was frozen and frosted over. I called Edwin and he had me thaw out the system until he was able to arrive at my home. Edwin was able to then troubleshoot and isolate our issue, which happened to be a small leak near the coil. He did what he needed to do and our system now works perfectly. Definitely the most affordable company to work with and explained the entire repair process in terms I was able to understand. Highly recommended.

Edwin saved me just recently going into the coldest week of the winter. I had detected a slight drop in temperature in the house and went over to check the thermostat. Low battery indication which is never good for a thermostat. I put a brand new set of batteries and in and then it went blank. Well as my heart dropped down to my knees my mind was racing what to do, what to do. Panic had set in. I had always wanted to try Edwin because of all the glowing reviews I had read. I said I have nothing to lose at this point. Out of dumb luck I reached him just before he left the office and explained my situation and how much trouble I was in. He agreed to jump in his van and drive all the way to my house near Hershey during quitting time traffic to take a look. Suspecting it probably was a bad wall thermostat he even stopped along the way to pick a thermostat up since he said he goes through them so fast and didn't have one on the truck. Sure enough that was the problem and he did a fabulous
