Had Logan out to check why my basement lights weren’t working. Generally polite guy, straight forward with prices and updated me on progress. He opens my breaker panel cover and finds some serious code issues that that were covered up by previous owner that the home inspector missed (shocker there). Here’s what my problem was. He said multiple times “I’m not trying to scare you” but used then proceeded to use words like explosions, fires, and the seriousness of it all. I communicated all this info to my best bud who is a master electrician and he explained to me that he used scare tactics to get a big payout - he wanted to charge me $9000 for a one day job. I understand that this needs to be done but it’s been this way over 6 years. Also he left without putting my heat pump cover back on - not a hard thing to put back together but just questions the professionalism. Also never figured out what the original problem was and wanted to charge me $1500 to figure it out. Took a half day off

Logan was very professional. Did a great job looking over our electric. Made some valid recommendations. Will be taking his recommendations under consideration. Explained the payment plan they have which will help with the cost of the upgrades.

We originally called for what we considered to be a minor issue only to be told that we needed 10k worth of work. The electrician attempted to use high pressure tactics in order for me to make a decision that day. Even went as far as to pull financing rates and terms. He kept saying he could get me on the schedule right away. He said I could reach out on his day off if I wanted to get started because the issue I had was serious and could end bad if not corrected. We were able to have 2 more estimates and were told that NOTHING was wrong with our electric panel. When asked what they would charge for what we were quoted after curiosity and they both quoted between 2500 and 3000. Unprofessional and predatory! Will not recommend!
