The plumber (Mike Rich) they ended up sending to our home was exceptional - Prompt, Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly, & Considerate. This made the process 100x less stressful than it already was. In the end, Mike & his team were able to diagnose the issue (damaged sink line & drain stack due to old copper piping wear & tear) in a timely fashion while guaranteeing the repairs (New PVC pipes) they made all within 48hrs of us first calling. Jack was wonderful! He came to our home and fixed our sump pump which had completely failed. He then ran a line outside, in the pouring rain, to ensure the water wouldn’t back up into the house. He was very friendly and professional and we are so pleased with our experience with not only Jack but the company as a whole.
