Brad arrived at the time planned. He reviewed what had happened. We discussed whether the toilet could be repaired or needed to be replaced. He told me that the toilet seal was in tact and it could be repaired. He pointed out parts he would replace. The job was completed Price was reasonable. He took payment electronically. I was in a real bind. PECO had shut my gas off on a Sunday because they detected a leak. I was desperate to get the problem fixed because I have my 84 year old mother living with me and she’s cold in August (this was mid-October). Bondurant was fully booked but they rearranged schedules and a plumber was at my house in less than an hour. The job was done quickly even though the plumber had to go get a part. I told him of other issues I was having and rather than have me schedule and pay for another call, he fixed them on the spot. I highly recommend this company!
