Installed a generator at my home. Was professional, on time and did a fantastic job. It wasn't an easy job but they were courteous and made sure to leave my home free of trash and even brought up my trash cans! I would definitely use them again.

Dream Team did a major renovation on a 95 year old home, removing the radiators and replacing them with Mini-Split Heating and Cooling systems. Frank, the team leader, did a superb job of communicating expectations and managing the mid-project adjustments. The entire team demonstrated technical expertise of the systems, a sincere care for our home and superb customer service. It was a huge decision and it could not have turned out better. I called and scheduled a visit to get a quote on installing recessed ceiling lights. I was told by the receptionist that they would charge a fee just for the visit, which, even if I used them for the installation, would not be rolled into the cost of the work. I found this highly unusual; I have used a half dozen electricians in the DE county area through the years, and have never been asked to pay just for their visits. I scheduled an appointment with them and was given a 2 hour window for their visit. The receptionist also told me of a program they have where you pay to be something like a loyalty customer, and then you get 10% all future work. This I found unusual and also declined. During the scheduled appointment time they never showed up or called to explain why. I called their receptionist, who admitted she had forgotten about my appointment, apologized, and asked to reschedule me. She was very polite. I declined to use their services.
