Great experience throughout, from initial call to estimate to scheduling of the job. The guys were pleasant around the house and worked hard for the day they were here. NO hesitation in recommending Kelly Electric again!

I called and scheduled a visit to get a quote on installing recessed ceiling lights. I was told by the receptionist that they would charge a fee just for the visit, which, even if I used them for the installation, would not be rolled into the cost of the work. I found this highly unusual; I have used a half dozen electricians in the DE county area through the years, and have never been asked to pay just for their visits. I scheduled an appointment with them and was given a 2 hour window for their visit. The receptionist also told me of a program they have where you pay to be something like a loyalty customer, and then you get 10% all future work. This I found unusual and also declined. During the scheduled appointment time they never showed up or called to explain why. I called their receptionist, who admitted she had forgotten about my appointment, apologized, and asked to reschedule me. She was very polite. I declined to use their services. Kelly Electric showed up on time and was very responsive throughout the entire time their team was working at our house. All of the fixtures they installed work perfectly and they left our house as clean as it was before they began doing work. The technician who we worked with made sure to verify where we wanted our fixtures installed before he began doing work and gave us honest recommendations for everything we were considering changing in our house. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again if a need arises.
