We have been using the Gartlands for the past 3+ years. From a pipe clog at our previous home, to a kitchen/bathroom remodel in our new home, shower faucet replacements, and the occasional “is this normal?!” issue. They are always fast to respond and come out, are sweet to our pets (what originally sold me was that Sean was on the ground letting our pup), and we’ve used other contractors based on their recommendation. Joe and his team went out of their way to accommodate me for the day and time to use a high tech “jet clean” machine to remove roots in my sewer line. They explained how it would do a much better job than conventional sewer cleaning methods. Their price was more than fair compared to other companies offering similar services. Joe always answered his phone when I called to get things scheduled and afterwards when I had follow up questions. They were professionals from start to finish.
