My Bride and I had called two other heat and air companies to come give us an estimate. Both came only one provided us with an estimate and it was through the roof and the other never gave us a price. We called B & E Heating and Air on the way to a doctor's appointment and Brian Williams met us at the house at noon and provided a reasonable estimate on the spot. His installation crew arrived at 9:30 a.m. the next morning and was completed by noon. All the staff I dealt with and the installers were very professional. I'll recommend them to anyone. They also provided us with information on a service contract to make sure the system stays in working order. They sold me the one I needed for the first year and recommended moving up to the gold for the second year and on due to everything in the first year been covered under warranty. Brian looked at the pictures of the installation and notice a couple of items not done correctly. He called, set up an appointment and came himself to correct

I called at 6:00 pm on a Saturday night and they answered the call promptly and had it repaired by 9:00 and charged the same service fee on Saturday as on a weekday. Completely satisfied with the service! Service: HVAC system maintenance

My builder, Todd Bennett of black dog builders, has a back door deal with the owner of B&E. We've been in my house for 13 months, a new build, and the compressor has went out in our AC. I tried to get B&E to stand behind the product that they installed and they failed to do so. Instead my builder and the owner of this company got together to come up with an excuse to pass the buck, they stated they would put on the inspection sheet that it was weather damage to the compressor so my insurance company would cover it. (This is on a recording because i record all conversations like this). I called the technician that came to my home to verify with him if it was weather related or just internal failure. He then told me that he did not see ANY signs of weather related damage. this company and my builder's company Black dog builders out of north augusta came up with this SCAM to fraud my insurance company.
