Charleston Roofing and Exteriors Did a Excellent job on my house. Mike and his team where great. We took my outdated rotted EIFS sided home and rapped with all new James Hardie fixed all the issues with the rot. Also replaced all the Windows and updated with high quality Storm series windows. I can honestly say my home is now more efficient than ever and has excellent curb appeal. Side note. I got quotes from 7 major roofing and siding companies Charleston Roofing and Exterior had a competitive price. Again, I highly recommend this outfit and am very satisfied with the outcome. I had a very small job recently at my house. I shopped around and most places tried to upsell me, and turn my small issue into a large job. Dallas from Charleston Roofing and exteriors came by, he was honest and very professional. He climbed up and fixed the issue i was having. Once coming down he said that it was such a simple fix that he wouldn’t even charge me for it. It was great to see a company still hold values, and not try to upsell a job that did not need to be more than what it was. I will be using Charleston Roofing and exteriors for all my future needs.
