The work crew that then installed my new air and heating system exhibited a phenomenal work ethic. They never sat still, finished up the job in no time, and left the workspace spotless. Their supervisor then came to check up to make sure the work was done correctly. The billing and paper work to receive a rebate was handled seamlessly. My husband and I recently bought a new house that needed new ductwork and a new AC unit asap. We got a couple quotes, but Terrace Heating and Air gave us the the best quote by far. We worked with Bill (who is AWESOME), and he was very patient, knowledgeable, and welcomed questions, even after the work was completed. I felt that all of the workers were very professional, and they were efficient with their time. I can tell that I was given very good quality products and work. This is one of the few places I have hired that I feel truly cares about their customers getting the best and being 100% satisfied.
