Curtis and his buddy, Adam did a fantastic job in doing custom installations of a microwave and a Kitchen hood that required some electrical junction box installs with different voltage settings, widening of the microwave cabinet as well as dropping down the kitchen hood so that it could be connected to the earlier duct as well as suck out the air without reducing the efficiency. Curtis had explained to me earlier as to how he goes about charging his customers especially when a lot of things are unknown. And oh boy, much to my surprise, none of the appliances I purchased was fitting by default and Curtis gave me a breakdown of the extra costs(at my insistence to do it my way) after carefully assessing and kept his word in the end regarding the costs!
