After rearranging my schedule and staying home to meet with this company, they missed their appointment window. The guy curtly calls to tell me they are stuck on another job that is obviously more important than mine. They could have called prior to appointment window so I could have planned accordingly. Very poor form.

Fantastic experience! Arc Angel Electric was professional from the first phone inquiry through the completed job. On time, reliable, CLEAN and professional. They really helped strategize the best way to change the configuration of bathroom fan and lights to bring the space up to code and make it aesthetically beautiful. Both Bruce and Teddy were top notch! Will definitely keep them as my go-to electric company.

Teddy was amazing today! He was scheduled to provide an estimate on a few things noted on my inspection report and to also install a light in my shower (per my request, it wasn’t listed on my report). I thought I would have to schedule an appointment at a later date to have the light installed and the other issues taken care of. To my surprise, he had everything he needed to get all of the jobs done in approximately 2 hrs and 45 mins! From the walkthrough for the estimate, to calculations from within his utility van, and finally the actual work… only 2 hrs and 45 mins! We did a thorough post inspection of his work and it was more than what I had expected to be completed so quickly! I’d also like to add that I requested for a quote to replace all of my smoke detectors and install CO2 detectors.
