We had the most fabulous expeprience with Horne HVAC, they are so communicative, professional, knowledgeable and honest. Everyone that we dealt with beginning to Claude, Cruze and I am sure I am missing a few, were fantastic. We were in a bit of sticker shock because they were replacing a system that was 32 years old (yes, I said 32 yrs old and it still worked but was not very efficient) as well as replacing all of the duct work but it was worth every penny, it works like a champ! Highly recommend Mt Pleasant HVAC

Called on Tuesday and they were out on Thursday to take a look at my AC unit. Claude found the problem very quickly told me that a wire had burned out and that he would replace it. Before he left the house was already starting to feel better and we were very grateful to not have to sleep in an 89 Degree house another night. Claude was very personable and obviously knowledgeable plus our dogs really liked him which is a tall tale sign anyways. I thought it was a bit expensive to replace a wire at 290 bucks but based off the reviews on here I knew they were the right company because it seems like this is a place that has integrity and great craftsmanship. Will definitely use them moving forward

After 18years and a season of expensive repairs, I knew it was time to replace our HVAC. I requested quotes from at least 3 different companies-Mt Pleasant HVAC was suggested through Edisto Electric Corp referral process. From first contact with their excellent sales rep, Claude, working with their terrific installation crew on 3 units, the process was thorough, professional, friendly and most importantly, fair. Mt Pleasant HVAC is a great company to work with and I feel wonderful about the interactions we had.
