AC went out on Friday afternoon, technician arrived Saturday morning. He was the bearer of bad news. We had some major issues on our 13 year old system. He provided us with several options. We choose to get a new system. The next morning Wes was here to load test and design new system, after giving us several choices, we took a day to think about it and then picked the option best for us. Wednesday morning Eddie, Cruze and Claude showed up at the promised time to start the job. All were very professional, explained everything that was going on as they went. They basically replaced our whole system. They had everything they need on hand.
