Our original AC units were having issues in the middle of August. I called Austin Air and Kevin showed up 2hrs later! Did an assessment and replaced the units the following week. Local company, trustworthy, easy process. I recommend them.

Prompt and professional service. When you call for assistance you get to speak with someone who is knowledgeable. A detailed description of what the assessment is presented and thoroughly explained. The technicians who performed the repair and installation were very respectful of our home by covering the floors and removing all debris from the attic. All the work was completed in a timely fashion. This company is an authorized Carrier company and my husband and I highly recommend them. Great local company! Kevin and his guys installed my new AC last summer at a very reasonable rate. Fast forward to this past Friday and I had an issue with it. Called Kevin Friday evening and he was at my house in less than 30 minutes, could not believe it. The fault was in no way his, a simple sensor bit the dust. He had me up and running in 10 minutes. I cannot recommend this company enough. By all means give them a call for your HVAC issues.
