Pro Roofing and Siding

I’ve given a rating of one star because I did not have a chance to finish a conversation to obtain an estimate for a roof repair. I have a roof that is less than a year old and has a leak. I’ve had difficulty getting in contact with the previous contractor who replaced the roof, so I’m paying out of pocket for the new repair. In the meantime, I am shopping around for estimates to get an idea of the cost and time it will take for the repair. When I called Pro Roofing Charleston and briefly explained the situation, I was cut-off mid-sentence and was told that they do not get involved with work involving other contractors. However, as I stated earlier, I am simply paying out of pocket for a minor roof repair and not looking for any drama. Unfortunately, I did not have an opportunity to explain this because I was hung-up on when trying to respond. I can understand their position, but there are better and more professional ways such an inquiry can be addressed when dealing with a pote

Randy was responsive to email inquiries as well as phone and he was professional and on time throughout the process. When I had to delay the start of the project he was accommodating to fit into my schedule and answered all questions. I received three quotes from other builders/roofers and his price was the most reasonable with a better labor warranty and provided me with documentation regarding licenses and warranties. I would recommend Pro Roofing to any of my neighbors or friends.

We have used Pro Roofing and Siding on two occasions. Early on they repaired a builder's mistake on the roof. More recently, they replaced the entire roof, due to age. On both occasions they performed perfectly. Their at no time interfered with our normal living. They were prompt, honest with a reasonable price. And the new roof looks good, too. You can trust these guys to do s good job for you. JPS
