Pro Roofing and Siding

I’ve given a rating of one star because I did not have a chance to finish a conversation to obtain an estimate for a roof repair. I have a roof that is less than a year old and has a leak. I’ve had difficulty getting in contact with the previous contractor who replaced the roof, so I’m paying out of pocket for the new repair. In the meantime, I am shopping around for estimates to get an idea of the cost and time it will take for the repair. When I called Pro Roofing Charleston and briefly explained the situation, I was cut-off mid-sentence and was told that they do not get involved with work involving other contractors. However, as I stated earlier, I am simply paying out of pocket for a minor roof repair and not looking for any drama. Unfortunately, I did not have an opportunity to explain this because I was hung-up on when trying to respond. I can understand their position, but there are better and more professional ways such an inquiry can be addressed when dealing with a pote

Had them quote my mothers' roof and hired them unfortunately they did not consider the flashing around my mothers' chimney as part of the roof system. After they were contacted they told me they knew someone that could give me a quote. I would never use them again. We are still having issues with their work.

The roofing team and shingles arrived right on time and the project was completed ahead of schedule! By the time I got home from work the roof was finished and everything had been meticulously cleaned up. The new roof looks fantastic! I would highly recommend Pro Roofing and Siding.
