Contacted J Stephens with a request to swap out our kitchen sink. Was very specific in my contact email about the work that was to be done. Received a call from Will who gave me a ballpark quote for the work. Appt was made for two days later — the soonest available. Plumbers arrived and promptly stated they do not do sinks. Just mind boggling — the degree of miscommunication. (Subsequent to this review, the company contacted me with both an email and a phone call and and apologized for the miscommunication. They offered to reschedule the appointment. It was a very nice gesture.)

I called J. Stephens after a clog in our kitchen sink was unaffected by home remedies. They showed up when they said they would, the same day, were very respectful of our home and did the job - more involved than was originally thought but they kept to the original estimate and cleaned up before they left. John was knowledgable, friendly and helpful. We are happy with the results and with J. Stephens' work, will definitely call them in the future!
