C&C Myers Heating, A/C, Plumbing & Drains

Service is exceptional (+5 stars) but the prices are outrageous (-2 stars), so overall value is 3 stars. As a result of being price gouged I've moved on to more affordable options for my plumbing and electrical needs. I still use C&C for HVAC since I purchased a system from them 2 years ago. Here's a perfect example of the pricing: I was just charged $400 to replace a part covered under warranty (the part is covered but the labor is not). And that is separate from the diagnostic fee. The install took no more than 10 minutes and that labor amounted to $400. Unreal.

C & C Myers sent an employee out to give me a quote for a new AC unit. He called me and said my unit was smaller than he has ever seen and he would have to ask someone else about it and get back to me. 2 weeks later and I haven’t heard a word and already got a unit installed by Dunes Heating and Air Conditioning. Guess when you send out emails asking for reviews you should first determine if any follows ups are needed for your customers. Can’t recommend them.

We recently called on a Sunday morning when our A/C was not working & the temps were rising in the dog days of August with 3 dogs & a bird in our home. We were excited to have been given a 2-hour window from 1-3pm the same day for the tech to come out. We weren’t sure anyone would even come out on the weekend, much less repair it same-day. Within 30 minutes, the tech arrived, well BEFORE the window promised by C&C. He had the problem repaired & the unit cooling in less than an hour after he arrived. We were VERY pleasantly surprised to have such fast, professional, and affordable service performed, especially after hours on the weekend. C&C will definitely be our go-to for any issues moving forward. I would highly recommend!
