Electric technician showed up early which was greatly appreciated. Technician was friendly and respectful. I inspected the work done after the tech left. Work was to replace an exterior HVAC subpanel and the 2 breakers as the older one was scorching breakers. The panel was replaced with an interior subpanel, exposing breaker faces to the elements. The job was done nice and looked professional except the incorrect parts were installed. Tech will have to come back out to replace and redo all work to install the correct exterior subpanel. Tech is obviously un-trained and inexperienced to work unsupervised. Will not be trusting C&C Myers to do any future electrical work at my residence.

We recently called on a Sunday morning when our A/C was not working & the temps were rising in the dog days of August with 3 dogs & a bird in our home. We were excited to have been given a 2-hour window from 1-3pm the same day for the tech to come out. We weren’t sure anyone would even come out on the weekend, much less repair it same-day. Within 30 minutes, the tech arrived, well BEFORE the window promised by C&C. He had the problem repaired & the unit cooling in less than an hour after he arrived. We were VERY pleasantly surprised to have such fast, professional, and affordable service performed, especially after hours on the weekend. C&C will definitely be our go-to for any issues moving forward. I would highly recommend!
