Ben Ross and his installation crew are top notch! He worked with us and our insurance adjuster after a terrible hail storm to make sure our home was well care for and repaired. After all of these rain storms we have had within the last month or 2 we discovered a leak in our screened in patio! I saw recommendations on Facebook about Ben Ross and his team! He was there in a couple days and gave me an estimate and they were there in a couple days to repair the roof! They were very professional and it took no time to get the issue fixed! He even called a couple weeks later to check in on the leak to make sure everything was still good! Would recommend them to anyone! Service: Roof repair
I live in Lancaster and I believe in supporting local businesses, so I called multiple roofing companies in my area. I called, left voicemails, and never received a call back from ANY of them. I started searching outside of my area and that's when I discovered Ben Ross Roofing. Not only did Ben answer when I called, he came right out and I had an estimate that evening. I approved the estimate and asked for a rough idea when they would come out to do the repairs. They returned when he promised and they completed the work in a timely manner.
