Kyle at Southern Restoration, accompanied by a fellow employee, showed up on time and kept open communication about our appointment and their expected arrival time. They did a thorough inspection and came to the conclusion that I did not need roof repair, as State Farm pushed for (out of my pocket) in order to keep home insurance on my new (old) home purchase. They could have taken the money and replaced the rippling, lumpy, or curved shingles, when in fact it's a structural issue under the roofing. I SO appreciate their honesty. I was very impressed with them and their company and will be hiring them for gutter repair, which they quoted same day. They are writing up an official report for State Farm on their letterhead to report their findings and State Farm's false accusations of a roof that is only 3 years old. I have had services done by Southern Restoration twice and each time the service and professionalism of the company has been superior to other roofing companies in my area. Alex, Kyle, and Allison were incredible. Hands down, every member of their team, works to really help the home owner from the estimate phase, timeline of the job, ease and cleanliness during work phase, and warranty standing behind of everything they do. Very satisfied.

SR was great to work with and they team did solid work on the job. The owner was very thorough with the scope of work and was always responsive when we had questions. Aside from the work, the owner is an easy person to talk to and does a nice job at making you feel like you matter.
