Kyle Myers/Southern Restoration license has been revoked in SC to do any contracting work. He lost several cases in which he still owes people thousands of Dollars. Do not get involved with the business! We thought it would be a good choice because they said they would handle everything with our insurance. We started our project on Jan. 24th and were told it would take 3 month tops to complete. The contractor the was unresponsive for 4 months while we had a tarp over our roof. When they finally did the exterior work it was poorly done and there were several items not up to code or damages, that to date have not been corrected. No clean up was done and then the contractor "Kyle" disappeared again. There has been no response to any form of communication and we have not been able to get any meaningful response since July. They also accepted and cashed a check from our insurers for the interior work they have yet to do. It has almost been a year and the job is still incomplete. At this poi

Alex is an awesome project manager! The process was explained thoroughly from the beginning to the end. If I did have any questions, my inquiries were met with very quick responses. The customer service was great. I felt like Alex went above and beyond to assist in any way possible. The crew was great as well. I am very pleased with the end result. This company was awesome...a friend recommended them. From the initial phone call to the actual job- everything went smoothly! Allison was really friendly and easy to talk to when it came to scheduling an appointment; Alex was an awesome project manager! He answered my questions, explained everything thoroughly, worked together with my insurance company, etc. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything I didn't need. When the job was complete, the crew did a fabulous job cleaning up! Now, I have a beautiful new roof to enjoy for years to come! Thanks guys!
