Kyle Myers/Southern Restoration license has been revoked in SC to do any contracting work. He lost several cases in which he still owes people thousands of Dollars. Do not get involved with the business! We thought it would be a good choice because they said they would handle everything with our insurance. We started our project on Jan. 24th and were told it would take 3 month tops to complete. The contractor the was unresponsive for 4 months while we had a tarp over our roof. When they finally did the exterior work it was poorly done and there were several items not up to code or damages, that to date have not been corrected. No clean up was done and then the contractor "Kyle" disappeared again. There has been no response to any form of communication and we have not been able to get any meaningful response since July. I have had services done by Southern Restoration twice and each time the service and professionalism of the company has been superior to other roofing companies in my area. Alex, Kyle, and Allison were incredible. Hands down, every member of their team, works to really help the home owner from the estimate phase, timeline of the job, ease and cleanliness during work phase, and warranty standing behind of everything they do. Very satisfied.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I reached out to about 6 roofing companies this morning with a time sensitive situation...no response! I reached out to Southern Restoration and received no response as well. Immediately after I received a text message with a link to schedule an appt. Apprehensively I scheduled (same day) but was for sure I would not hear back. About 30 mins before my appointment I received a text back regarding my appointment. I also received followed up messages as well. Kyle came and met with my boyfriend to inspect my roof. Once done inspecting he reached out via phone to update me with what transpired during the appointment. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, prompt and very helpful!
