The electrician was amazing! The office policies definitely need upgrades. I needed immediate work done for a closing on a house and the electrician came out promptly and completed the work but could not leave me a copy of the bill or a report because he had to turn into the office and they were supposed to communicate with me the information that I needed to submit to attorneys office to close on the sale the next day, so I called the office as soon as electrician left letting them know I needed a report sent that day or next morning and they agreed to do so. I called the office the next day and they didn't have internet and couldn't send a report. I was not happy. This delayed our closing. They were complacent with having us wait until when the internet was fixed not knowing when that would happen. Finally they offered to fax the info after I asked them to take a picture of the report and text it to me. It was too much hassle to go through all of the work and time I put in to

Update: Im updating my rating as Polk finally reached out to me and explained a mixup they had with my contact info. Once they sorted that out, they scheduled the job and performed the requested work. I was happy with the work performed and the install looks great. Original Review: After waiting 2 weeks to have someone come and survey a job for me I never heard back from them with a quote. I then called back to ask for the quote and was told they would call me back. A month later and nothing.

Polk Electric always takes great care of us. They show us in a timely fashion, get things done in a professional manner, and are reasonably priced. Thank you Clyde, Mary, Jeremy and crew!
