Brothers Air, Heat and Plumbing

We have Brothers for our AC, heat pack and water heater. Today we had to call since our AC stopped working. Jamal S came out and provided an awesome service. He is really nice, courteous, and explained the problem. He explained the solution thoroughly. We are very happy with his service. Jamal thank you for your hard work and the laughter. No issues with the repairman. He was professional and competent. My AC stopped during a heat wave, so I assumed they were busy. I have been a good customer on their priority list over 10 years. I called on Friday morning and were told that afternoon. I stressed that there were only elderly in the house with the oldest being my 95 year old mother in law and the temperature in the house was 88. They did not come Friday, no call, I had to call only to be told it would be Saturday. I again stressed the ages of the people in the house and the health rise. About 5 PM the repairman came and needed a part. We are now waiting 2 more days for this in 90+ degree heat. Apparently being good customers (thousands of dollars in jobs the past 2 years) and a priority member means nothing.

Had an appointment for plumbing. Should have arrived 10-12 with a text 30-45 minutes before they arrive. At 1145 I called and after 20 minutes of the nice customer service person trying to find out when the plumber should arrive, was told he didn't arrive at work today and they would have to reschedule my appointment. Having no water at this point in my kitchen for over a week I had to take an appointment a week later. This is not professional you arrive on time or you call ahead of time and explain the issues. They could not even schedule a different plumber to come in or a better appointment than a week later. This is not professional and at this point not even sure if they'll show up next time.
