They missed the first appointment & no one bothered to call me. I had to call & find out when they were coming out. Had to schedule again for the next day. I also paid for a whole house service & the tech only went into one bathroom. Didn’t check anything else. In addition, the tech told us that we needed a new pump for our well at $5800.00! He never even looked at our well. I called another plumbing & well company for a second opinion & found out our pump wasn’t even the problem, it was the switch on the well. It was a $150.00 fix vs. $5800.00

No estimate up front once the diagnosis was completed. The tech advised the Freon was low but couldn’t find a leak. 1 lb of Freon was added of 410 Freon and a bill handed to me for 356.00! The cost of 410 Freon ranges from 15.00 to 50.00 on average so I am blown away on how a system that no repair work was completed but simply adding 1lb of Freon was $356.00.. ?? This is my second review! After them having to come back out and redoing the entire job that they said the first crew did wrong. My $18,000 dollar system stopped working after just 5 days. This tech said the power wire was disconnected! Please explain to me how that happened! I came home to a house of over 90 degrees and I have pets! So disappointed in this company! Do not use!!
