Crosby Roofing did a fantastic job with my full roof replacement. Overall Crosby Roofing was kind, responsive, and efficient during all stages of this project. They provided a good quality replacement at a reasonable price. They were able to come out for an estimate just one week after I called them and then were patient while I got an estimate from a fourth company. I also appreciated that they explained the problems with my roof and gave me multiple options to address the problem. Because they knew my roof was causing leaks once I chose to go with them they were able to schedule my replacement for the following week. The roofers themselves were very efficient and completed the project in just about 8 hours and also left my yard extremely clean. Lee the project manager came the next morning to make sure everything was good and to collect the payment. Brian Hair was in our neighborhood doing roof inspections after a bad storm. We mentioned to him that we have a home in Gaston that had shingle damage. He immediately went out and confirmed the damage. Brian helped us make sure our insurance paid as they should and we was able to get a complete replacement. Lee Prater, the Project Manager, made immediate contact with me to explain the process. He gave me updates on the job before, during and after which meant alot.
