Great customer service. I contacted Hornsby Roofing about 2 spots that were leaking on my roof. He was in the area and came by within 15 minutes. He assessed the job and contacted 2 of his employees who were also in the area. They arrived within 30 minutes and repaired my roof. Rapid response time and very reasonably priced! Definitely recommend.

We had an issue with water damage on our roof causing a hole in it and damage down a seam. I called Ken and he was able to give me an estimate on the phone based on pictures of the damage. The brothers who run this are great at communicating at coordinating. They came out to investigate if water was coming through our roof and while they didn't find anything, still tested and even looked on the inside where we have leaking from our ceiling to recommend a plumber. All at no cost to us, very rare to find this level of service Couldn't be happier with the interactions my wife and I had with them and if roof issues arise will be the first on our list.
