We had an issue with water damage on our roof causing a hole in it and damage down a seam. I called Ken and he was able to give me an estimate on the phone based on pictures of the damage. The brothers who run this are great at communicating at coordinating. They came out to investigate if water was coming through our roof and while they didn't find anything, still tested and even looked on the inside where we have leaking from our ceiling to recommend a plumber. All at no cost to us, very rare to find this level of service Couldn't be happier with the interactions my wife and I had with them and if roof issues arise will be the first on our list.
