When our skylight began leaking on a Saturday morning, we called Vista Roofing because they were one of the few places open over the weekend, but I'm so glad we did! Joe came out to confirm the leak and put up a tarp to make sure no further damage was done. I really appreciated that he took multiple pictures of the issue, and took the time to explain it to us so we knew exactly what was going on. The whole staff at Vista Roofing were professional, quick to respond, and kept us updated on the project. They were also very thorough in answering our questions about the replacement process and TOS! They did an amazing job, and we will definitely be using them in the future! Service: Skylight repair

**update** they immediately reached out to me to make arrangements to correct some of the issues. Communication was great until after I paid what I thought was the final invoice. Then I'm immediately sent an additional one for supplements. When I sent questions about the additional requested amount I never heard back. It wasn't explained very detailed to me. The work done was not perfect there are 2 spots that are slightly raised but I don't believe they will cause issues. Also the crew left without notifying me of some minor trash left behind my fences not a big deal. In closing I would reccomend asking more questions, and be sure to be open minded financially. Insurance paid the majority in my case thankfully. They did the work agreed upon and were prompt. Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

This company was great to work with Ben came out and was amazing explaining and answering all my questions. I learned a-lot and they worked very well with our insurance. The fact that they do the updates with videos and pictures makes you feel a lot better when you’re at work and can’t come out to see something. They did a great job cleaning up our yard, and were very polite and courteous to my wife as well as our neighbors. I didn’t want to post anything until we’ve had a few sessions of rainstorms to see if there is anything to complain about. I am very happy to say that there are no roof leaks. Our black roof looks great and our shutters look great as well. Great job to Ben and Mason and the vista roofing team that worked hard on our roof.
