Garrett called all the distributors until he found the color we needed, even after we okay’d a different color, all so we could have the color we originally wanted! My insurance company was difficult to work with and took extra effort to get approval for a full roof. Garrett dealt with the tedious work of going back and forth with the insurance company until I had the approval I needed.
