Mr. Phillips came out and was very patient while we waited to hear from the home warranty company. He explained everything he was doing and why. I really appreciated his courteous behavior and prompt action to get our toilet working again. I called other companies that couldn't come out for 5-10 days but he came the same day! EDIT: the problem came back in less than 24 hours. I have now tried for 3 days to get this company to contact me regarding this and they will not respond. The woman who answers the phone just says things like "Oh I'm so sorry. I'll call the owner again" and "Wow they still haven't contacted you?" I am incredibly disappointed. They took $375 to do a job that isn't right and refuse to call me back about it. I was assured the owner was coming Monday. Its Wednesday and no word at all, just sitting here waiting. We called them this morning about our pressure reducing valve and they came out within 1 hour they were here and took a look at our prv and fixed it without having to replace it or anything!!! We had already called a different Plumber through our home warranty company and they came out and told us that the whole system had to be replaced because it wasn’t working correctly!! Royal Flush came out this morning and said that was not the case that they just needed to adjust it! He did it in under 5 minutes and was honest about the work he had done!! They are friendly and courteous and wonderful guys!!! We will be using them for any other needs we have!!!!

I would never recommend this company. Very unprofessional. We were told that they could get to our problem today and we kept being put off, then at 5pm we were told they couldn’t get to us. We were also told that the boss didn’t want to dig up our tank right before it rains. We will never call them again.
