Excellent service from David Chamberlain. While he worked, he patiently answered my two questions and I liked that because I know that service techs don't have much time from going to clients resolving electrical problems. He did a very excellent professional service to me. Pls give him both praise and A RAISE on me! He replaced a programmable digital lite timer in my house. The technician arrived on time...calling to let me know that he was on his way. I also got a text the day before and the morning of when to expect him. I briefly explained what I needed, he surveyed the work, gave me an estimate...and did the job. He explained what he had done and tips on how to maintain it.
