This company charged $677 for a simple ceiling fan installation. I should also point out that I provided the ceiling fan, the install location was already pre-wired for a ceiling fan installation, and I removed the fixture that was there previously. I did contact the business manager as surely that charge was not correct considering the scope of the work performed. He took over a week to investigate the matter only to come back with that was the correct charge. If I had been the person home when the electrician showed up, I would have not approved this work being done. Service: Fan installation

The men that showed up were great!! The 4 hour window was not good when they showed up after that 4 hour window. Wasted a whole morning. The safety check was nice but the crew refused to do the work until the upscale was done. And the work that was done was extremely expensive. Installed two new breakers and removed a 10’ piece of wire in panel that had been abandoned. Tyler was both professional and informative, as well as a joy to work with. All techs, including Travis and Jake, went above and beyond to inform and update on progress and worked through a storm and well into the night, and on to the next day, to get my service restored. All staff, including office staff, could not have been more accommodating or personable!!! Thank you all!!!!
