Robert and Chris came out and we’re very nice and professional ???? they didn’t hesitate to crawl in my small under the house crawl space to the opposite end of the house and replace my moms pipe in about an hour .. i asked them for an estimate for the rest of what may need replaced in the future and David was there within 30 minutes of being asked. We called Mr. Rooter because we purchased a new home and needed to snake and camera our pipes. Our tech was Mr. Doug Jennings, who who initially estimated it to be an hour or so long job. What started as a small clog turned out to be a larger problem. As this problem unfolded, Doug worked an additional 3 hours, at no cost to us, to uncover what this problem may be. He answered every question I had in detail as I hovered over him trying to understand as a new homeowner what was going on with my plumbing. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. In the end, he presented us with a handful of solutions that varied in price and total work done. He made an overwhelming plumbing situation seem less intimidating. I was extremely pleased with my experience, and I would absolutely recommend this technician and company. Service: Drain cleaning
