Allen absolutely nailed it! Not only did he make the time to provide a quote to replace my outdoor a/c unit, he replaced the unit after hours on a Friday night and came back on his off time Saturday to finish the install. This is after another company in Bartlet flaked out on me for a replacement after my condenser finally died. A complete professional! Great prices and zero hassle. Unfortunately most companies look to take advantage of the customers and sell them unnecessary things to make more money on jobs. I've also noticed that a lot of companies will have guys that have no real experience running service vans. What I have found with Infinity is a company that I can truly count on. They show up, they do what they say, and they charge very fair prices for the services they provide. They have great knowledge of all the equipment they install and have great guys when it comes to trouble shooting older equipment.
