Eddie was great! I had a new tub spout installed and he was fast and friendly. Price was fair and they didn’t charge a trip fee. Setting the appointment was easy as well. I’d definitely recommend them! Service: General repairs
Had a unit installed in May, which went great. Initially had a problem with a part in late July that wasn’t fixed promptly and led to a full unit shutdown. Minimal communication at first, but leaving a complaint led to a very fast repair. Review added to reflect the quick turnaround, but better communication upfront would’ve been helpful
