Hunter was very responsive to our leaking water heater. He went over the different options Abacus had to offer, explaining the differences between each. Curtis was phenomenal! Courteous and professional. We made an appointment and had our issue fixed the same day. Pedestal sink in our half-bath was leaking water from the pipe underneath whenever we would use it, and we'd been avoiding using it for a while because of the issue. Decided it was time to fix it. Curtis came out, identified the issue, and had it fixed and back up and running in a timely manner. Very informative and helpful when explaining the problem and what caused it. We had an issue with our whole house not getting power, and ONCOR recommended getting an electrician to look at the panel. When I called the staff was extremely polite and professional (even at 7 PM!) and were able to schedule a technician to come out the same night. Aaron, our tech, was friendly and professional, and was able to address the issue and fix us up same night. I am so pleased!
