John was very knowledgeable and honest. He was forthcoming that my concerns were actually not necessary for a repair! The inspection fee was well worth the peace of mind to have an expert come and then not try to trick you into any expensive work. We called Efficient late in the afternoon to see when someone could replace the breaker for our AC. John called us and offered to come out that night (OT charge) or first thing the next morning. We had been without AC all day so we were fine with the next morning. He texted as promised to say he was on the way and was done in about 10 minutes. Everything is running great. We appreciate that John was willing to fit us in early in the morning, before his first scheduled job. This was our second time to use Efficient and we’ve been very happy both times.
