Josh did a awesome project with diagnosing the problem with our furnace and got it fixed promptly. Same with our steam humidifier that I hadn't properly maintained. I also appreciate that he directed us to their service program both saving me money and assuring I won't ignore maintenance in the future. It was a easy project (replacing the plastic guts of a toilet), but these guys were prompt, competent, and quick. They also went the extra mile to make sure our water pressure wasn't too high in the home (a chronic trouble in Altadena). recommended.
I strongly endorse Flotech. I had a continual water flow in my shower and they knew the reparations needed. Their project is professional (Walter did a good job!) and they are responsive and communicative. I will plan to use this company for all future needs.
