First time have used b/c on list folks recommended. So far so good, seems to respect the need to be conservative with just necessary repairs, got the maintenance plan since have an old system, time will tell... like that they are closeby and not in another city. Service: Install thermostat

they were beyond exceptional. A significant issue arose out of their control (due to a stock constraint) during my procurement of a split system air conditioning unit, to which resolved within half an hour. When his team arrived, they were polite, well mannered and extremely efficient. What I thought would take the whole day took only 5 hours for installation and testing in a 2 bedroom unit. the team were great. On time, friendly and very thorough. Two aircon units look practically new now! They got all the dirt and grime out wit hout leaving any mess. Very thankful. Cheers

I had used All Year for 26 years and had been very pleased with their service. Then the were bought out. About 2.5 months ago I had an issue with my air conditioner cutting off. They returned time and again and didn’t fix it. They only reset it. Then they replaced my $1,100 thermostat and it worked for one day. I called on a Friday evening when I came home and it wasn’t working AGAIN. They didn’t return my call until Monday even though it was over 100 degrees outside. By that time I had called another company. They diagnosed the issue, ordered a part, and had it repaired within 3days. It’s been working ever since. It’s very sad that a company to which I was loyal and had been so good will never see any business from me again. Services: A/C system repair, Install thermostat
