Great service by Lukas today! On time, polite, and worked fast to get my AC working again. Pricing was as expected, and lower than I was quoted by Fox and other bigger outfits in town. they were beyond exceptional. A significant issue arose out of their control (due to a stock constraint) during my procurement of a split system air conditioning unit, to which resolved within half an hour. When his team arrived, they were polite, well mannered and extremely efficient. What I thought would take the whole day took only 5 hours for installation and testing in a 2 bedroom unit. the team were great. On time, friendly and very thorough. Two aircon units look practically new now! They got all the dirt and grime out wit hout leaving any mess. Very thankful. Cheers

Have been a customer for 12 years. HVAC technician services have been consistently excellent as have the front-office managers. The relatively new automated scheduling system and the automated appointment notification system not so much....appear to be out of synch, showing different appointment start times and messaging. I also miss the until- recent ability to request and receive a "first in the morning" appointment as opposed to the current four-hour window. On balance, for me, the history of excellent service continues to outweigh the more recent scheduling difficulties. Services: Heating system maintenance, A/C system maintenance
