When my AC went out in the peak of summer, Radiant tried to take advantage and lied about the age of my system. Alpine was not only honest about it being a small repair, but they proactively checked to see that the part was under warranty and fixed it the next day within an hour. Corey was very responsive and the owner himself came out for a follow up the following day.

When I reached out weeks later after doing my cost research, he immediately responded and was able to get the installation service scheduled the following day—WOW!!! The tech, Scotty, who came out to install the device was on-time, professional and knew the product very well. He took the time to show us in detail the installation performed and how to monitor the device. I was very impressed by Scotty and his willingness to interact the entire process with me.
