Nick was great explaining the whole house surge protector and services. He was very professional and helpful. Wanted to run everything by my wife before we make a decision on the service. I felt like Nick would solve our breaker issue and any other electrical issues.
Excellent service! Answered phone when I called and was able to schedule a visit for the next day. Excellent communication when they needed to move my appointment to a different time slot. REALLY like that they text you a picture of the electrician who will be making the service call. Nick was extremely personable and professional. He had the work done in a short amount of time. I called Mr. Sparky on two occasions for electricians to come out and install ceiling can lights in a 15-ft ceiling and an outdoor fan. Both electricians, Chris and Russell, were very professional, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely call Mr. Sparky again as they can supply you an electrician very quickly and the work is reliable, with good guarantees. 5 STARS for Mr Sparky!!
